    Episode 1

    Full body workout to light up all the muscles with an emphasis on glutes. Equipment needed - light, medium, heavy set of dumbbells, chair or something to use as a step - mat - water - and a go get it attitude.

  • Bootylicious: Glute Focus

    Episode 2

    Weights optional for this glute focused workout

  • Full Body Glute Focus: 2.1

    Episode 3

    Workout created to work full body but focus on the glute muscles. 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest- Full body burner. Equipment needed - light - medium - heavy set of dumbbells - mat - water - and a get after it attitude.
