Hey! I am starting Body.Transformation this week and I am not sure where to find the order for workouts. I have tracking and progress just not a schedule. Am I just not looking in the right place?
Good question Hannah! Outside of the challenge, we did not provide that schedule! Here's what it should look like:
The first workout in each focus should repeated once a week for two weeks.
The second workout in each focus should be repeated once a week for two weeks.
...and so on.
Does that make sense. You're following the workouts in order can can essentially create your own schedule and go at your own pace. So let's say you miss a repeat workout one week, instead of skipping ahead to catch up, it's more important you follow the workout progressions.
