Current Workout Program? Where Should You Start
Hi! I’m new to all of this. I’m not sure which workout to start with. I’m 8 months postpartum.
Ashley! I'm so excited you have decided to become a part of our fantastic fitness community! We are here to help. Ask as many questions as you need and reach out as often as you need! I HIGHLY recommend our pre-training program for newbies, Beginner Guide: Operation Strong! Unlike our other follow along programs, this one is in PDF format you'd print out! But you can use the comment section to engage and ask training/nutrition questions along the way. It includes weekly nutrition goals centered around practicing a new healthier habit, and also includes a cardio plan. It's super basic strength training but super needed to get stronger slowly (and especially post-partum) and then you will feel totally prepared to rock one of our other programs!
Thinking ahead, I'd move from this program to our Strength + HIIT program!
